Bivakkeren bij de Buren means 'Camping at the Neighbours' in Dutch. Since we live next doors, you will be our neighbours when you stay with us.

Bivakkeren bij de Buren is a holiday farmhouse located in Onstwedde, in the east of the province of Groningen (in the Netherlands).

This location offers you a fantastic stay in beautiful nature on the border of the Westerwolde and the Veenkoloniën regions. A delightful starting point for hiking, cycling, or exploring with your own horse or pony, with or without a carriage. You enjoy complete freedom on the farm, and you can immediately use the many nearby cycling paths and routes with your bike. If you want to go out with your horse, you can cross the road and immediately find yourself on the most beautiful bridle paths where you can ride freely.

Nine people can stay in the accommodation. You can sleep upstairs in one of the two 2-person box beds or in one of the two bedrooms downstairs with a view over the meadows. There are a total of 4 bedrooms equipped with double beds. We also have a folding bed available in a separate room for an additional guest.
